TownePlace Suites by Marriott Seattle Southcenter KENT

We stay at TownePlace Suites in Kent, WA every time we travel by air out of SeaTac Airport. They have gained our loyalty over the years starting with their marvelous, friendly, helpful, go out of their way for us staff. The rooms we have stayed in all have the same quality of roomy amenities, including kitchen, table, couch, king-sized bed, large TV, and bathroom. The rooms are always immaculately cleaned and the sheets crisp & fresh. Breakfast is offered in the morning with plenty of dining space, and to set the atmosphere for some, the fireplace is always on. We utilize their park & stay package, which is priced for affordability. We love this place!

Room was nice and location was good , but hotel does not have airport shuttle. Most nearby hotels do, I had a problem with the tv as it would not turn on and I had to ask for help twice. When I was ready , and so I had to turn the volume all the way down and turn it so that it was not facing the bed. The light from the tv still made it less dark in the room than I would have liked.

Good stay, clean and friendly. Good deal for sleep and park but very disappointed that the free airport shuttle is not running as advertised. So that’s an extra $40 in Uber fees to and from airport.

We chose to stay in this hotel, so we could lave our car parked there for a week while we flew to Hawaii for a funeral. The listing on the ParkSleepHotels website said it included a 24 hr airport shuttle. We were surprised to learn upon check-in that they hadn’t had a shuttle for a couple of years now, and that the website must not be up to date. The hotels website doesn’t mention having a shuttle, so it’s just ParkSleepHotels’ website that is inaccurate. So we had to take an uber to the airport and back to retrieve our car after our trip, costing us an extra $50. Although the hotel was perfectly acceptable, with friendly, helpful staff, I was looking for a stay, park, and fly package that included roundtrip shuttle to the airport, aand I would have chosen a different accommodation that met my needs. The hotel said that they don’t have control over what ParkSleepHotels.com lists on their website.
