Used the sleep / park feature, while flying out of BWI. The room was good and clean. Only problem was getting ice. There were ice machines on the 1st & 3rd floors. Both were out of order. None on the 2nd nor 4th. Had to go to the main lobby and ask desk clerk to get ice.
