Great way to go for early morning flights. The booking process is simple and check-in was quick. The room was comfortable and quiet. Only drawback is for older folks there is no elevator so you have to shlep your luggage up and down a flight of stairs. Shuttle is very quick and pickup driver was super friendly. Great place to stay.
No breakfast this time and rude staff with no patience. No drinking water, had to buy one for $4. I usually get a free one for being a member.

Loved the layout of the room, everything was clean. My only complaint was that there were only shear curtains on the window and the light in the morning and evening was bothersome. We also would like the privacy of curtains.
Don't let them put you over the kitchen....we got no sleep and had a 2:45 get up time for a flight...called down to the front desk up until 11:30pm...they did nothing...so much banging and loud noises...so we finally got a little sleep from midnight till 2:45....went well the next day when travelling to the East coast :-((((
Happy with stay.
The double queen room was amazing. Very spacious, separate livingroom area, way nicer than we needed for our quick overnight but appreciated. We almost missed our 4am shuttle, but they did come to our room and wait about 5 min as we got everything for our family (with three small children) loaded. Overall a nice stay!
the shower didn't have a curtain.
The check-in was amazing very friendly and accommodating the room was clean and up to date check out was the best, friendly and courteous
The bed was comfortable, the bed was shoved in acorner, with a cloth recliner taking up too much room. I would not sit on it. The tv was very small and the stove top did not work. I called the day my flight was coming in because I was going to be much later than expected and wanted to make sure everything was okay. I was told to just call when I got in. My flight arrived just prior to midnight, I called for piup and was told they did not pick-up after mid-night. Stuck at the airport with no pick-up in sight, I had to take a taxi to the hotel. There was no offer of anything for my inconveince and not being told when I called the first time that they would not pick me up,
Perfect stay! Highly recommend! Look forward to staying again.
The staff here were very helpful and friendly. In my room; very much up to date with amenities and a comfortable bed. I find this place to be helpful for my business travels.

We parked for 12 days and spent the last night after a late flight. Good shuttle service and easy check in. Comfy and quiet rooms with pillow choices and a nice TALL shower head for my husband.
The hotel is close to airport, the shuttle was quick & simple. The room is small but comfortable. The only thing that really stood out to me was the lack of curb appeal. The inside is great, maybe a little older but still quite grand & comfortable while feeling upscale. The outside leaves a little to be desired.
Pleasant, good beds! Wish food choices were better, no wake up call received. Still good!
