The shuttle service was excellent, on time and very comfortable and convenient.
Room was clean, shuttle was on time going to airport, and they made a special trip to airport for pickup. Not always possible, but they were able to make it work this time!
Excellent hotel, however airport shuttle was not available during the time I needed it (started at 7:30 AM). Many flights leave early in morning, hotel should make changes to staff the shuttle for early AM flights

Ours was a short stay.- We arrived from O\'Hare at 10 p.m. and left for Iowa at 4 a. m. But that was enough time to get some needed sleep and make a safe trip home. The room was clean and quiet. The shuttle came quickly when we called it from O\'Hare, and the driver was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit old and is in need of some upkeep, but it was perfectly adequate for our purposes.
My husband & I arrived in the afternoon prior to our early flight out the next morning! Our room was clean, very nice. We had supper at Bar Louie, right there at the hotel~ very good! We parked our car at the hotel, of course. We took the hotel shuttle to airport@ 4:30am & I forgot my med in the frig, so the shuttle driver brought us back to the hotel & returned us to the airport in excellent time:) When we came back to O'Hare after 1:00am, I called the front desk & the shuttle again came & picked us up! Had an excellent breakfast at Bar Louie again later in the morning & headed home!!
Thevstay was great..It would be nice if the shuttle ran more than once an hour
I though I was booking at a hotel we had stayed at about a year ago. I was pleasantly surprise when we arrived and it was not that same hotel. This was a much nicer, cleaner and more modern than the previous hotel. I have bookmarked it for future travel we will have from the Chicago area.

Hotel location is about 20 min drive from the airport. There was no traffic and the transfer service was timely, efficient and pleasant. Rooms are renovated. Big, comfortable bed and nice, big shower too. I would definitely stay there again. Shout out to Bulgarian staff at reception desk!
Everything regarding my stay at the hotel was very convenient for me.
When we came back. There was no clear instructions on how to get to the correct location to be picked up by shuttle. The hotel and employees were very nice. We left our car there for 7 days and stayed overnight before our flight which was very helpful. For the price it was well worth it. Thank you-

Comfy bed. No problem getting additional bed for or son. Bathroom nice size. Wife liked workout facility. Pool was good size with good view from 10th floor.

This is a very nice “airport” hotel with what felt like higher-end amenities. Our room was spacious and the bed and linens were amazing!! Staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the shuttle service at 5:30 am. Running 4 shuttles and the wait was over half hour (half of the hotel population seemed to leave at the same time). We ended up calling a Lyft.
This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever stayed in, the 1st impression is kind of old, but the cleanliness of the hotel was well worth it. The service was excellent from check in to check out. We park, stayed & flew. The drive was a little long from the airport, but the driver came immediately & both drivers were very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

I was surprised upon entering the room—I could live there? Cute kitchenette with supplies, including small cooktop, refrigerator and dishwasher. Large bathroom, plenty of drawers, and a desk area. Comfy recliner and room nicely decorated. Bed was a little saggy and no shampoo in the shower were the only negatives.
Staff were very helpful. Good breakfast.

It's a Super8 on Mannheim Rd, south of the 294 overpass ... it was the cheapest available on a short notice. I didn't expect much more. Pretty sketchy neighborhood but you're there to sleep and fly, not cruise. (At least I hope not ;-) The staff seemed a bit new to the whole "park-sleep-fly" process but check-in was simple without a hitch. Connected to a restaurant that had just closed when we arrived (9 pm), so, make plans, accordingly. However, they were kind enough to still allow us to buy a "nightcap" to go. Shuttle was on time, not crowded (tho we went very early - 4am) and the driver was friendly and got us to O'Hare quickly. I'd consider the place, again, in a pinch.
When I checked in I was told that I should have contacted the hotel to notify them of my flight departure time 48 hours prior to arrival. I didn’t see anything in the emails I received stating this policy. As a result our only choices were 7am and noon for the shuttle.

The area was a bit scary but the desk clerk Andy made sure we parked in front of office, got us a first floor room so we didn\'t have to haul our luggage up stairs
Arrived early evening for a next day early morning flight. Staff at check in was helpful but really great service continued. Shuttle driver explained all you needed to know to get shuttle in the morning. In house restaurant staff was warm and welcoming early in the morning and the breakfast sandwich was very tasty.
The accommodations were very nice. We were staying as a park, fly and stay package. I do wish the breakfast was included. The driver that took us to the airport and then picked us up on return was very pleasant and interesting to talk with.
