Hotel was convenient to airport. Staff was very helpful. Only issue was that your web site didn\'t show the correct information regarding shuttle services. Web site said 24/7 shuttle services which is one of the reason I chose the hotel because we had an early flight. The hotel paid for transportation which was a good thing. Otherwise hotel was a very good choice. Would stay again if our flights were not early in the morning
We had plan to stay one night before our flight to Florida, got to airport, flight cancelled, could not get another flight until 9pm same day. Called hotel gave us several shuttle rides, allowed us to stay in same room until our flight ...very generous and deeply appreciated, as we had no place else to go until our flight. At the check in/out desk Tyler Kinney rocked ... so supportive of our situation
Great room and nice comfortable bed. Great value, we parked our car they took us to the airport and picked usnup when we got back. Great value!! Nice poeple.
The only complaint we have is that we did not receive our wake up call for the airport shuttle . Thank goodness we woke up on our own.

Very Clean and friendly place to stay
The carpeting was very worn, stained and had nail polish and what appeared to be melted wax on it. The bathroom floor was also very dirty & we had to clean it ourselves.
Renovations are under way and great but, guests should be informed before arriving. This is my second trip in 2 months where I planned on breakfast for my elderly mom and it was not provided as documented. Unfortunately, I didn't read the sign on door during check in so I didn't know no breakfast being served during renovations. UGH!!!!
Everything was great except hot eater was Luke warm
